The controller on my air conditioner/heater was sticking on high. The guys were able to order the part and replace it under warranty. They're always awesome here.

After taking my Truck to the Other Guy and being told that my truck was fine with no problems (I was obviously imagining things).. I found the automotive experts, Innovative and asked them to take a look. Right away they acknowledged my concerns and explained in detail why I was experiencing the symptoms of what I tried to explain in laymans terms. And to prove it, the repairs fixed the problem! They saw the problem, explained it, and fixed it! My truck runs like new ands it was worth every penny!

Each time I bring my car to Innovative, I receive thoughtful, respectful, informative feedback that concurs with the research I've done on my own, and helps me make my decisions. I've both bought the products I wanted installed on my car, and accepted Innovative stock. Each time, Innovative mechanics installed the products in the time they said they would, while I waited comfortably on their couch. The tv is on, but is silent and can be completely ignored, which makes my visit that much more pleasant. Kindness characterizes the store-wide ethos; each of The People goes above and beyond.
