I, unfortunately, had trouble with my car 2 times. Both problems were unrelated, but Bo and his staff resolved the problems and were very generous with their time to solve the mysteries of my problems. I trust them implicitly with my vehicles and feel they can be trusted to do a great job. I also trust their integrity, which will keep bringing me back.

Had ignition coils burning up. Jo keep me well informed and the tech fixed my vehicle and kept it as cost effective as possible would recommend to anyone.

Very nice people. I plan to use them again on a different vehicle. Shops in other places (87544) routinely take advantage. I believe I was treated very well at Innovative Auto Solutions.

They took the time to check things out to see what was wrong instead of just assuming it was a major issue and and charging me a lot of money for something that may not have needed done they were professional and courteous I would recommend them to anyone

BMW'S DO SUCK however Innovative Auto Solutions has done a lot of work on my 2008 BMW 335i convertible. They have worked with me on many issues and have done excellent work including work with me knowing the major expenses and headaches that one will indeed endure if you have a BMW.
