Took my Mazda CX-5 in to get the brake pads and rotors changed out. They were able to get my car in for an inspection when I walked in, they told me I could actually wait on the front pads if I wanted, and there was no up-sell. I decided to just do all 4 at the same time. The price was extremely fair, and we added on a fluid flush because it was time. Since they offer a military discount, it brought the price down to where I felt like I was getting a very good price given what other shops would charge for the same work. After a few days of driving my car now, I can say I am very satisfied with tbe work, and will be back should I need more work in the future!

The controller on my air conditioner/heater was sticking on high. The guys were able to order the part and replace it under warranty. They're always awesome here.

After taking my Truck to the Other Guy and being told that my truck was fine with no problems (I was obviously imagining things).. I found the automotive experts, Innovative and asked them to take a look. Right away they acknowledged my concerns and explained in detail why I was experiencing the symptoms of what I tried to explain in laymans terms. And to prove it, the repairs fixed the problem! They saw the problem, explained it, and fixed it! My truck runs like new ands it was worth every penny!
