Hello, my name is Michael. I was first referred to innovative automotive by a client who I dropped off to pick up his vehicle back around July/August of 2021. I'm a full-time Uber driver and put a lot of miles/wear& tear on my vehicle. Since day one of me bringing my car into innovative to get serviced I've had nothing but exceptional service. It feels like family whenever I bring my vehicle in. From cool conversations with Bo in the office and Sue over the phone to Demost, Andres or Shawn answering any questions I have with services & why I needed certain repairs I can't say enough good things about these guy's & gal. They're very thorough & experienced in their field. One time my car was in the shop for 2 weeks because of waiting on parts & they lent me a loaner vehicle. Another time my car needed a pretty extensive repair and it was @ a very hard time financially for me & they let me make payments & went above and beyond and were very patient with me until I paid the bill off. I'm sure I'm missing so much more I can say but give them a shot & you won't regret it, very knowledgeable ,full of integrity & fair market pricing.

The communication and callbacks with information on the status of my vehicle was above and beyond for most places, but the norm here.
