This review is long, long overdue. I just came across Bo's business card and went right to my laptop. A number of years ago my wife and I flew into Phoenix to pick up a 1996 Jeep Wrangler with the intention of driving it back to Chicago. After about an hour in the car it started getting cold and I turned on the heater. No heat. We made it as far as Albuquerque and decided we couldn't stand it any longer. We found Innovative Auto Solutions through a google search and arrived just as they were closing. We agreed to come back first thing in the morning. The next day (Saturday) they found a bad heater core as well as totally useless venting. Unfortunately we had to wait a few days for a part to come in. They gave us a loaner car for 5 days at no charge, repaired the heater, replaced the water pump and radiator all at a very reasonable price. They could have easily taken advantage of us as we were totally at their mercy. If we lived in this area they would definitely be our go to repair shop. Great people to do business with.

I took my Lincoln to Innovative Auto Solutions after noticing a front-end bushing had gone out. They gave me an honest and thorough assessment of the issue. Turns out, I had that same control arm and bushing replaced back in January by another shop—who charged me nearly double what Innovative quoted for the repair. Instead of just taking my money, they let me know that the previous repair should still be under warranty and suggested I check with the original shop. I truly appreciate their honesty and integrity. Despite their busy schedule, they took the time to diagnose the problem without pushing unnecessary repairs. From now on, Innovative Auto Solutions will be my go-to for any vehicle issues. They’re not only more affordable than the other shop, but they’re also straightforward and no-nonsense. Highly recommend!
